A new car is coming to LFS, and the UKCT skin is ready. The much-anticipated VW Scirocco is now expected to arrive in the Live For Speed simulator early in 2009, according to LFS developer Scawen Roberts.
UKCT will be incorporating the Scirocco in the CTRA suite of servers. X-System v1.6 is currently in stability testing with accomodation for the new car, though final testing will not be possible until the release of the new patch. Because of this, the CTRA may not include the Scirocco for the first few short hours after the patch is released and while a preliminary determination is made to the effect of the new car on the CTRA as a whole.
